 Chef Van was the Head Chef and the man behind the flavor of Jo-To Japanese Steak House in Sarasota. He has been creating delicious meals for customers since 1995. When the "Big Jo-To" closed down in 2023 after 41 years in business, Chef Van made his dream a reality and opened up Little Jo-To  to continue creating flavorful meals from his kitchen for his beloved customers.
