Our Chef

Chef Van was the Head Chef and the man behind the flavor of Jo-To Japanese Steak House on US 41 for almost 30 years. Chef Van is very excited to continue creating flavorful meals from his kitchen for his beloved customers at his own restaurant, Little Jo-To.

Our menu features a wide selection of traditional Japanese dishes, including hibachi, tempura and teriyaki. All food is cooked in the kitchen.  We also offer a selection of sake, beer and wine, so there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Conveniently located on SR 70 just west of I-75, we are situated to welcome guests from both Bradenton and Sarasota.  Our cozy and intimate dining room is perfect for a night out with friends or a romantic dinner for two.
